Is the hard drive of the old CIC functional?

If so all you may need to do is to swap the drives.

So I purchased an FSC lifetime code and attempted to activate it and it doesn't work for 2023 north america cic premium. My car's head unit was replaced with an updated roadtop linux version. Does this has anything to do with it?
