Angry Turbocharge loss power

Hello.2006 E90 320D Pre-lci.I have a car with the engine code M57tu2.The turbo was not activated in my car 1 year ago.I was told it was from the actuator and I completely changed the turbo.I've been having a similar breakdown for the last 15 days with the new turbo.Sometimes there is a loss of power in the car, as if the turbo is not on circuit.Sometimes it gets better when I turn it off and on.Is there a simple 3F25 error when I look up the error code from Carly's obd device? What's my problem?

You'll have MAP and the IAT.
