Item Interest
Selling my daughter's highly desirable E90 328Xi N51 SULEV w/Black Sapphire Metallic exterior over Black leather interior. Optioned with sought-after and rare M-Sport pkg w/6MT. Other options include Premium and Cold Weather Pkg, Rear PDC, Navigation and HK sound. Current mileage is 159,000 but the engine was replaced under CPO warranty for Rod Knock at 39,338 miles. So the engine has approximately 119,600 miles. We've had the car since Feb 2023 and have logged close to 17K miles. Car has been bulletproof and has had no issues and the only issue we had was a slight oil leak from the oil pan and we had the gasket replaced. Car comes with a stack of receipts going back to 2013. Under our ownership, I have been performing regular oil changes with Liqui Moly 5W30 oil and Mann filter. I have maintained a maintenance/repair log.

Maintenance performed under our ownership,
157,475 Miles - Front windshield upper molding and rear window upper and lower molding replaced with genuine BMW parts
157,020 - PCV Valve replacement under warranty
151,049 - New Oil pan Gasket
148,780 - Rear brake pads/rotors/sensors and Upper radiator hose.

Car is pretty much stock with the exception of Bilstein B12 Pro-Kit (Bilstein B8 shocks/struts and Eibach lowering springs). This suspension set-up along with sticky Firehawk Indy 500 tires on factory Style M194 17” staggered wheels, makes the car handle like it’s on rails and provides a lot of confidence in corners.

Cosmetic wise, the car has gloss black kidneys, tinted windows, Blue Start/Stop cap, LED bulbs for angle eyes. Rest all is stock. The exterior of the car is in really good condition except for stone chips on the front bumper and hood. The bottom of the front bumper and rear bumper has scrape marks. Driver rear door has couple of dents and the trunk has a dent. Overall, the exterior is in really good shape. No clear coat fading/peeling anywhere. Exterior and interior recently detailed.

Interior is in fantastic condition with no rips or tears or worn surface in the leather. Steering wheel and seats look almost brand new. Shift knob does show some wear. Everything in the car works as it should. Has apple Carplay (Mr12 Volt) which can be switched back to BMW navigation.

Car was involved in a minor rear end collision back in Aug 2017 which involved replacing the right rear taillight assembly and rear bumper. Have complete repair documents from the body shop.

Comes w/2 keys, full set of manuals, stack of maintenance records and Carfax report.

Beautiful car. I've got an '08 E92 sport package 6-speed N51 with 99K miles in the same color combo, so I hope you get your price.

Question about the suspension: Do you like the ride, and how much did it lower the car? Like you, I'm in Michigan (Lansing area) and have to deal with crappy weather and crappy roads, so I don't want to go too low. I ran Eibachs/Bilstiens on my E30 and loved it, but I was much younger then.

(Nice E46 BTW. My E90 shares a garage with an E36 M3.)
