Transfer case issue

So while pulling out of the gas station today i got the ABS 4x4 and red brake light on the dash upon pulling the codes i see 5F39, 5F3A, and 5463. Did some research and looked like my T-Case actuator went out. So i pulled the actuator and the gears look completely fine. then i plugged it back in and started the car to see if it would move and it moved so now im lost and have no clue what the issue is any insight would be appreciated.

For some additional background:
If i shut the car off for longer than like 2 min the lights go away and it acts as awd for a few minutes or until i give it some actual gas. then hesitates gives lights and drives perfectly fine as a rwd car.

I do not have any of the typical grinding noises, although i did last two weeks ago when i snapped my axle, if i put it in park it would grind for a second or two same when i turned off the car.
