can someone identify this coolant pipe?

Hi, i have a coolant leak, not sure what this pipe is, also if anyone has some idea on how to replace it and part number, thanks.

Pictures are not great but the best i can get.

You can't see the pipe from above, have added a picture with the location from above, it crosses above the exhaust.

Car has sat for roughly a year, starting it every sunday to keep charge etc.

Could be turbo coolant return line? Especially since it’s located near the exhaust area. No.7 in the pic
