335xi 2011 n55 low oil temperature

Hello, I’m new in this forum and I have a 2011 335xi with the n55 engine. I’m currently having an issue with my oil temperature and I think I know what it might be but I still want to double check with you guys. Last week I replace almost all of the cooling system of the car, pretty much all the radiator hoses, a new radiator, new water pump and a new thermostat. After doing all that, and after doing a short test drive, we realized that we didn’t bleed the system correctly so there were air pockets in the system and after shutting off the car all the coolant started leaking. That happened twice until we managed to (we think) bleed the system correctly but now the oil temperature gauge doesn’t go up to the half mark. After a 20 min drive, this is the highest the oil temperature gauge got.

I think somehow the thermostat broke down or it came defective. What do you think?
