I have a Canadian bmw in the Cali.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with the recall process?

The recall is for this:

The odd thing is that the VIN does not have a recall on BMW USA but it does have on BMW Canada.

The dealer and BMW NA haven't been very helpful, telling me to go talk to dealer vice versa.

does your VIN show up here on the nhtsa website by any chance?

if so bring that proof of the recall applicability to the dealer and they should be able to handle it
