Looks pretty much exactly like the concept. Exited for the sedan/touring versions to be shown. BMW already said they will be almost identical to the concept that they already showcased. There is no reason to expect anything else at this point as we have the actual confirmation here for the iX3.
There is alot of classic BMW in this design. The kidney grille and full lenght grille especially. Very promising. Last edited by Hansn; Today at 10:21 AM.. |

I wonder if the G45 LCI will bring these neue klasse design elements like they’re doing with the g50 and na01. It does have a very similar (if not same) silhouette

I like how they're going back to the '70's '80's front grill. They seem to be sticking close to the concept just like they said.
I like the direction that they're going. Interested to see the sedan. They're going back to the classic BMW design. |

This was my thought. The side profile looks wagonesque for an SUV. I dig it the more I look at it. Probably will be my next depending on price & lease deals, specs etc. since it does seem like it will only be slightly smaller than the current iX anyway.

Overall, I do like the body shape, especially the rear-3/4 view.
I really don't understand the obsession BMW has with the goofy buck-tooth look though. If they just REMOVED that the whole car would look pretty good. At this point I assume that BMW is just trying to include design elements that are deliberate rage bait to get people talking about the design.
