Speakers problem.

Hello guys i have BMW E92 325i 2007. So i had my left (driver side) door panel down and i found out that i have disconnected speakers, tweaker and the main one. Connectors were missing, someone cut them out. So in a rush a wrongly recconeted tweaker directly to wiress from car and forgot about the main spekaer in doors somehow (yes im an idiot). Than after that super loud noise came up when i turned my Radion ON. Loud static noise. So today i bought 2 missing connectors little blue ones that comes in door speaker. So i rewired connectors, assemblem everythink and car was plying nice every speaker was working but with quiet static noise but when i turned my volume up it dissepeared. After playing 3-5 minutes all speakers died exept passanger subwoofer under the seat + static noise is gone.

I tried turning on/off radio few times, also tried aux, same problem.
Locked car and got away with a key for like 20 minutes and still no fix.
Right now is raining so im not able to try battery reset. Im here for ansvers and help.

So did i killed my AMP? Or speakers died?
I dont know what now.

I have Logic7 sound system OEM.
