Do you still have your old door?
Swap the handle and wiring from it to your new one.

if his car already has the CA, it's not hard.

iirc there's 3 or 4 additional wire. 12v, signal and ground.

But yeah, it require the old handle.

I didn't read his title. I thought he was trying to retrofit CA to a non CA car.

Above will work. Also get the smaller fixed piece of the door handle. There is a tiny magnet in there that has some purpose for comfort access.
