Updating the cooktop and dishwasher. I had to make the opening for the cooktop larger to accept the new one.

Great for loading/unloading, but not the best idea to put a storage drawer under an appliance that might leak.....

I have water detectors at my water heaters, sump pump, dishwasher, and ice maker. If it leaks, the hope is that I detect it quickly and get the water turned off before it can do any serious damage. The drawer under the dishwasher is full of dish towels and pot holders, so no concern about contents. It's more about the cabinets and floor, which would be the same concerns if the washer was mounted in a more traditional location on the floor.

I had the steps done today. We went with Masland Morgan Bay in Balcony color. It's 100% Nylon so it should wear much better the polyester Mohawk Smartstrand.

I transplanted this hibiscus a few days ago from a crappy old and ugly terracotta pot that it was flourishing in for the last 2 years to this nice new planter to match the others I purchased for the new patio that contain new flowers and a plumeria that are now flourishing. This one not so much…. Killed it promptly.

Solar guys are about done, finally! Now we just have to move the electric service/meter to bring up to code. The old location was too close to the pool. That will hopefully happen within the next couple weeks, then we can finally be done. Here are the 2 Tesla batteries that they are finishing up right now.

Remodeling 2 small original builder-grade bathrooms. Guest bath is done (pictures before (minus shower curtain) / during / after) and cabana bath started today. Pics of supplies in garage are for both. Love the finished product for the first one but still feel sick over combined cost.
