Looking to lift a 2008 328xi 2-3"

Hey folks,

I know this may be considered taboo, but I'm looking to lift a 328i. Where i live there is a lot of snowfall and i need something that can handle that without becoming a snowplow, and I'd like to keep the car simply because I like it. There are a couple threads on this, but nothing super conclusive. Looking to hopefully maintain ride quality to an extent. the car is currently bone stock.

Thanks for your advice and comments!

totally legit question, you want it done for functional reasons and 2 - 3 inches is not ludicrous. Perhaps cross-reference suspension parts with e70 x5 and e83 x3. Better yet, e84 x1 is a jacked up stubby e91 wagon, so some parts from it might help.

does 1.6" come close enough?

hahaha I have no experience with the site nor the product, but seems like it would do what you need it to do.

I also found these "offroad" coilovers? It says E90 but shows an E46.

You might be the one finally give anyone looking for a lift kit the final word on which ones work and which ones don't.
