Hello, looking for some insight if anyone has some.

Car started idling funny, and last week it threw a sluggish valvetronics code,
Decided since I’ve done the valve cover gasket I could do this myself.
Got everything changed out and reconnected and went to start my car,
-First indication of problem, car did not want to start and when it finally did it had an awful misfire and almost squeal .
I followed directions to re sit the valvetronic motor,
-Second start I did not notice a squeal but it had the misfire and then it high idled and tried to die, I shut off engine immediately.
-I have Fuel Injector Cylinder Activation codes on 4, 5, and 6 along with the misfire codes on 4, 5, and 6 as well.
-I also got the famous “lighting system stop vehicle” on menu. I’m not sure those could be related at all. Any and all help appreciated! Thanks !
