Is it worth modding e93 328i?
I’m not sure if it’s worth putting money into a e93 328i but I have been thinking about getting muffler delete, coil over, sway bar, or other mods to make it a calm daily.

Up to you. What your budget, your attachment to the car, your commute is like. I would advise against the muffler delete, a lot of drone for a daily driver.

Yeah, no such thing as "worth it"... you have to decide if it gives you something you don't have any if you need/want it. I would think a strut brace and anything like that to tighten up an E93 would be the best move. And get a wind screen, those are awesome! Anything that keeps it on the road and lets you enjoy it!
Looks like a pretty tightly packed neighborhood... ask your neighbors if they would like you to get a muffler delete! LOL |

I used to own a 2008 328xi e92 and it had a muffler delete and I don't think you could say it was that loud. I think it actually sounded really good. It basically sounded like my N55 with a DP and golf tee mod but quieter and maybe more of a drone. Search for videos of a 328i with a muffler delete and see what you think. If you want some really cool interior mods then check out this which the owner had installed in my 328xi:https://id4motion.shop/pages/bmw-3-series-e9x
Suspension modding is something that I think you will probably never regret since it makes the car so much more enjoyable to drive. Let me try to find some pictures of my 328xi. Really liked that car but sadly, the owner decided on mods instead of maintenance and I had to sell it because of an enormous amount of issues with it.

Here are some pics I dug up of my old 2008 328xi. Maybe these will be some inspiration for you. The previous owner had some interesting ideas don't you think? Especially the trim warp. All the cosmetic mods were installed by him not me: Noe clue why it is posting this picture multiple times. Sorry about that. The car didn't have idrive so I really liked this modification he did. Black stripe was pretty cool. Craziest trim warp I think I've ever seen. My favorite. I want to install this cluster in my 335i at some point. Some pretty crazy ideas but maybe you will get something out of them.

Oh, along with a windscreen the second best E93 mod is a heated steering wheel!
Those two items will let you enjoy the top down a lot more, which is the whole idea of the car! |
