DME in a fish bowl

Car died but after a few hours drove again like normal. After awhile dies again. Found the dme sitting in water so dried it out and cleaned it. The dme is connecting but throwing random codes everytime it's plugged in.
Do you guys think it's cooked, runs rough if it starts. Added some pics of the issues, the drain was blocked so added some extra holes.
Will I need a clone done and if so who can do it in Brissy. Cheers
