N55 misfires and lean after OFHG repair

2013 e93 335i N55 with 114k miles. MHD tune stage 1 93 octane is what I usualy run. No bolt ons except VRSF charge pipe.
I did just upgrade to the new MHD+ Suite and 2.0 tunes which is awesome but that has nothing to do with this issue. I just upgraded the MHD tune today. This issue started 2 weeks ago after a repair that I did.
I replaced my valve cover around a 6 weeks ago. I don't think that is when this issue started. I think the issue just started after a repair I made two weeks ago.
I replaced the OFHG and Oil Cooler Seal. I had to unbolt and pull back the intake manifold to get to one of the OFHG bolts. I didn't pull the manifold all the way off and I didn't remove wiring connections from ECU. I only removed the charge pipe and air intake. I did notice that my intake valves need to be walnut blasted and I thought that could be part of my issue but I really think it is somethings else.
After putting everything back together, I unplugged all six injector wires and cranked the car 4 times to prime the engine. I plugged all the injector wires back in and fired it up. It appeared to be good to go.
On the way home, I got into the accelerator for a good pull and I got check engine light and limp mode. I reset the codes while driving and it ran fine to get me back home.
The codes are 2EE0 combustion misfires several cylinders fuel injection deactivation, 2ee7 combustion misfire cylinder 2 fuel injection deactivation, 2efe combustion misfires several cylinders, 2f00 combustion misfire cylinder 2.
My long term fuel trim is 10 at warm idle and stft is 3 or so at idle. If I sit with the rpms at 1500 to 2000 for a minute or so they seem to settle down to much lower numbers.
If I run any MHD tunes, the car will go into limp mode with these codes if I go near full throttle. If I put the car to stock tune I don't get the limp mode or codes but I can tell the car still is not firing as smoothly as it should. I still have the same high LTFT and STFT at idle tune or no tune.
I have read through the forums thoroughly. I am hoping that there is a vacuum line unplugged or an intake leak.
Anyone have thoughts or suggestions? I will be glad to update when I get a fix.
I almost forgot to mention that I had been running 3 gallons of e85 in my tank per fill up for about a month. First time I had ever tried it. It seemed to add power. But when I had this issue crop up I thought it might be related to the e85 so I have filled up twice with 100% 93 octane the past two times hoping that it might fix the issue.

manifold gaskets replaced, coil pack bad

So I dismantled my car again. Removed intake manifold. Replaced intake manifold gaskets and tightened up everything on my charge pipe connections. Car is not running great and my fuel mileage is back up to where it should be. I think it was the intake manifold gaskets.
I also switched coil 1 and 2. The spark plugs looked fine. The car runs great but I still get misfires when I accelerate heavily. My misfires now begin with cylinder 1 instead of cylinder 2 so that coil pack that I moved is bad.
My intake valves are covered with carbon at 114k miles so I will be ordering the kit from FCP Euro within the next couple of months so that I can walnut blast.
I am going to be searching the forums to see what coil packs people have had good fortune with. I bought Turner Motorsport coil packs in July of 23 so they have only lasted just over one year with Stage 1 tune. I am guessing 28k miles.
