E92 oil filter housing gasket help

Hello all, I’ve recently acquired a 2007 e92 335i and have been doing maintenance to make sure I can eventually single turbo the car.

I’m currently doing the OFHG and Oil cooler. I ran into a bit of a problem while doing it and now am quite annoyed at what I do now given that I wasn’t expecting to break something…

I broke this brittle vacuum tube and have no idea what it goes too

If I am perfectly fine driving the car with it on than so be it but for time I’m going to let the car sit after I finish my repair.

It broke off while I was removing the charge pipe.

The photos are attached and if anyone would let me know if I’m fine for the time being that would be great, but also what to look for to replace it.
Thanks.
