I have a 07 335i e92 and I want to know if anyone has pulled the oil pan withought dropping the subframe.

You don’t have to drop it. You can lower it, let it hand. Take out the 2 steering rack bolts, have the engine supported at the top, remove engine mounts, and the subframe bolts, leave the suspension. There might be more.
