N47 gearbox help

I have a 2012 BMW 3 series (last 7 digits of VIN: E890889) and I've been told by BMW and other garages, who have access to BMW's in-house system, that my car has a GS6-45DZ - TH5H (part number: 23007635762) gearbox. However, when it comes to finding this gearbox, all of them have high mileage (over 100,000).

Does anyone know if I can replace my current gearbox (code ending in TH5H) with GS6-45DZ - HAK (part number: 23008609389)? If yes, does anyone know if this will require any modifications or come with any disadvantages that I should be aware of?
