Coding Help Please

I recently purchased a 2012 335is and the combox is not working. I tried to replace it but still nothing. When trying to code the old and new combox, I am unable to code the MEDIA ECU. I get a COAPI 2020: IFH 0009 Error. I also cannot change the Vehicle Order because when I try, I get the COAPI 1000: Fehler code. I am able to code everything else like the KOMBI or CIC ECUs just not the MEDIA ECU. At this point I think there is something wrong with my NCSExpert or maybe I have an outdated DATEN but Im not sure. Please Help.

Are you sure the coding setup is working .
To check run Inpa Functional jobs F3 and F4 to see if it
can read the modules . If it can't read any module's it is likely
you have a setup problem with standard tools.

These result of F3 and F4 should show all the modules it is communicating with .

Also coding questions are usually better answered in the coding sub forum .
