Hi Admins and Moderators,

Today, I discovered that my account has been permanently banned with the reason listed as: "No reason was specified." Additionally, my username was changed and now appears as "spam__Shady Oleg_b7b2845".

I suspect that the ban might be related to spam, but I’ve only posted 8 messages over the past six months. None of my posts were commercial, and I only created two topics asking for help with coding issues on a G01.

Could you please review this ban and confirm whether it was a mistake? I’d also appreciate it if you could let me know the exact reason for the ban.

My guess is that your original account was compromised by a spammer. Be sure you're using a strong password, and one you don't use elsewhere - you may be compromised on other sites as well.

It’s possible that my account was compromised, although I was using a fairly strong password. However, I feel that a temporary suspension with an option to reset my password would have been a better approach. Now my account has been permanently banned, and all my posts and topics have been deleted as well.

How can I contact the administration to request an account review and potentially have it reinstated?

Try going down to the bottom of the screen and selecting "Contact Us."

I actually did that almost immediately and contacted administration using the "Contact Us" option. However, it’s been four days now, and I still haven’t received any response. That’s why I’m reaching out here on the forum, hoping to get some assistance or guidance on how to proceed.

Does the administration monitor this section of the forum? Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?
