Essentially at this point I am about to replace the fuel pump but I am hesitant because of the no communication error with the EKPS module. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You will get better response to this on the Main or General sub forum .
and the coding sub forum .
Always list the year chassis type and motor type and any aftermarket mods
when asking for help. Fuel systems between the n51 , n52 and n54,n55 are different that does not even include diesels and the 4 banger from Europe.
This sub forum is suppose to be for Stereo and Entertainment system electronics.
Look for George on the General Forum and publish your screenshots from ista d there.
I would also put up shots of INPA Functional jobs F3 and F4

Using ista p is dangerous . If you ran this it mess up a lot of stuff .
