Transmission shudder and fault

Hello guys, I bought a bmw 330xd e92 last week, since I got it the transmission when I accelerate from like 2000 - 2800 rpm at full load shudders like its slipping a bit and struggles to go. One day I was uphill in traffic, I accelerated a bit more than usual and the car threw a transmission fault and it wouldn’t move. I tried to switch to P and back to D, even in manual mode, nothing. So i turned off the car and back on and fortunately it worked normally.

So my theory is that my torque converter is bad, but since its xdrive I am thinking it could be also the xdrive transfer case that slips? Thank you for your time and sorry for the bad english, its not my first language.
