CIC/NBT FSC Generator - Windows/Linux/OSX

I've tried using 1.91 to produce FSC's with no luck.
I'm using bimmercode to extract FSC files, which is accepted by the program, but the codes don't work.
When I try the 'by date' option, no dates appear in the drop down. Any ideas?

Do you try Right-click => Save Link As?

I've been wrong with my previous two guesses for maps, so not going to bother this time! LOL
