Squeaking Noise at low speed + 5DEC Performance Reduction

I have a 2011 328i and just replaced my exhaust Vanos Solenoid (2A87), code is gone but now I have squeaking noise coming at low-moderate speeds and my front passenger side TPMS light is on as well as a code 5DEC Performance Reduction.

Checked the belt and it looks fine and I have done some research and can't find any solid information. Any ideas on what is going on here?

now my car is throwing the following code and the 5DEC is done

P0491 | 2A00 | Secondary Air Injection System Insufficient Flow (Bank 1)

Did you ever get this fixed? Same thing is going on with my car but cant seem to find a fix
