Hello Everyone:
I hope someone has some advice on this issue. E90 2011. My bluetooth connection, seem to disconnect the phone every time I turn off the car. When I turn car on, it prompts me to pair a phone. I do it and takes a while to connect (actually all works on the phone end but the little circle on the car display keeps circling forever). While it does this, the strange thing is that audio has no issues (I can stream even use the phone audio) However the phone lists (recent calls, numbers, etc) do not show up and the screen (again) asking to pair a new phone. I can't erase any prior connected phone on the car because it shows no phone connected. I have tried by deleting the car on my phone (Iphone) with no results. Goes back to the same issue. So, I am wondering, is there a fuse for the bluetooth I may disconnect to reset it. Or, should I disconnect the power from the bluetooth module in the trunk (in that case is the power the big white connection facing to the cabin or the black one next to it?) or last resort disconnect the battery all together. Another thought is there any upgrade to the software from BMW I can download? Thanks so much in advance for your help. Paul Last edited by Paulpt; 02-16-2025 at 09:58 PM.. |
