Thumbs up Injen Eis Air Intake Installed!!! Pics & Video!!!

PROJECT 3 OFFICIAL "INJEN EIS INTAKE" REVIEW

Hello everyone. So, after a day of having my new INJEN EIS INTAKE installed, and driving around like a maniac, I figured I would jump on here and give a little review for you all potential buyers to check out, including pictures, and a short video. And of course, had to show the FAM the new mod!! Stay tuned, because I just received my CF Front Lip and CF Hood. Just dropped the hood off for paint, and possibly may be done tomorrow, if not the next day. Will have plenty of pics shortly!!!

First and foremost, BIG THANKS to Bobby & Brad @ Bavarian X for hooking up this great part. They were very helpful with answering any questions I had, and are both really cool guys. Definitely will be doing business with them again. The Intake is GREAT!! I installed it myself using the DIY Picture instructions provided in the box. It was fairly simple, and only took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. The only tools needed are a 10mm socket wrench, a flathead screwdriver, and a small alan key (for the MAF Sensor, not sure the diameter). Once I got it out on the road, I IMMEDIATELY felt a pretty substantial difference, which honestly, I was very surprised about. I didn't expect just an intake would change the way the car feels so dramatically, but it really did. You can really feel the added HP and torque. The sound of it is very aggressive, and gives off a really nice growl. It sounds really throaty around 6000rpm. I am including some pics, as well as a short video, so you all can see/hear exactly what Im talking about....

(by the way, while I have already dropped over 6g's into exterior cosmetic parts into the car in the 5 months I have had it, this is my FIRST & ONLY ENGINE MOD. This will give you a great idea of what to expect, sound wise, from this intake)

Looks good Josh... I'm still debating whether I want to jump on this... I really want to hear and see yours in person. From the pics it looks good (haven't watched the video yet). It's between this and the AFE...

Yeah, it's a rubber strip on the edge of the heat shield that meets with the hood to form a seal.... there is no cover for this intake.

Josh, car def sounds good bro.

no. i didnt really feel any loss. I know that in the tested dyno chart they have posted, thats what it says, but, i personally didnt feel it. I definitely am very happy with the purchase, and would recommend it to anyone. Hit up Bobby or Brad at Bavarian X to purchase.
