Steering wheel thickness and choices...
Im looking to get a new steering wheel and I've love the feeling of the e92 M3 and Z M Coupe Steering wheel... I have OEM ZSP wheel so I can interchange to the M sport or Performance or Tri-stiching that people are getting on ebay from that 1 member... My question is... 1. Is the Tri-stiching wheel actually an OEM m3 wheel off e46 M or which M ? 2. Is the Tri-stiching thicker or the M sport?

i dont think the tri stiched one is off the e46 m3 (they are different).. also both the perforated and tri stiched ones are the same thickness.

I believe the tri-stitched wheel (which I have) is the same wheel that comes on the E90/92 M3. It is much thicker than the stock ZSP wheel. I don't have firsthand experience with the M-Sport wheel, but my understanding is that it's the same thickness as the M3 wheel.

My question is where can I find an M-sport wheel that work with my current Steptronic paddle shifters without any cutting/fixing? I've looked everywhere to no avail

Contact this guy via Ebay: http://stores.ebay.com/AGE-Styling_B...QQftidZ2QQtZkm
He gets the M-tech wheel for step pedals once in a while. I got mine from him, fast shipping and well known.

Yeah, I tried qalbeli's store, but there was nothing available for Steptronic. I even confirmed with him via e-mail. I guess I'll just have to keep my eyes open then
