Oh yes I agree Paul, all the modern driver aids do keep the car in check etc. Just for me having been in both, the 4wd would be closer to the handling and grip of the Cayman S if you know what I mean. Either way, they're all involving and rewarding to drive. Mind you so is the M3. Choices in life eh lol.

Errr think that Porsche is a classic example of anal ownership in the nicest possible way Paul. What a corker!!

Have you had a drive in one yet btw?

Not yet no - Only driven a Boxster - I dare not go yet as I may get hooked too early!!

What makes you come to that conclusion Carlos?

Mileage is low and it is not often you come across a car, that after viewing 120 hi-res pics, you can't find a single fault with!

This almost makes the year of manufacture less relevant.

I turned down a 997 C2S on an 05 plate with 21k miles on it, it was basalt black with black leather, PCM and sports chrono and was £51k.

That was in Sept 2006, that car would still be £40k all day long 2 years later, what a muppet!

Mind you I did buy the CSL instead which is more of an experience.
