tail light on G60 has fine scratches like someone ran over it with sand paper. how do I buff it out? tried to take pictures of it, but the scratches are too fine to show up using phone camera. here's a random picture of an identical tail light. the scratch is about the size of a two pennies located at the top edge of the corner(in the circle I marked)
Thanks for your help! ![]() |

![]() I have a bottle of leftover Plastx from Meguiars(for my other car's headlight), so I'll give that a try tomorrow. somehow it never occurred to me that the headlight and taillight are basically the same clear plastic material. ![]() Update: it worked great! The scratches are gone.(or at least invisible to my eyes) Last edited by SpaceSilverX1.; 08-18-2025 at 11:16 AM.. |
