BMW have been a little cagey recently and the front and rear kit is still not released for sale. I have also heard that they will not sell the rear kit on its own (probably due to accountability that some fool may go and just fit the rear kit and then try and blame BMW for parking his car in a hedge I guess?)
It has also been mentioned that when the front and rear kit is released, it will only be available in the boring silver like the 135i... we will just have to wait and see.

Front kit part number: 34 11 0 444 738.

If the kit does become available in yellow front and rear though, we will then order that kit, split it up and be able to supply just the rears to the people that want them...

Postage to Northern Ireland is avilable for selection at the check out screen in the shop so you can see exactly what you are paying. £14.99 to the Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Anyway, from your information, we ordered the BWM BBK and test fitted it on Wednesday this week and I can confirm that this kit will fit the whole of the E90 range except the M3.

We have managed to strike a cracking deal on the BMW Performance BBK and are currently offering it through Speed Religion at £693.69 or at £659 to Alliance members (only £25 per year for a further 5% discount on all prices) and only £60 fitting:

http://shop.speedreligion.net/bmw-pe...ront-832-p.asp

We also have supply terms set up with Goodridge UK and Pagid to supply the better pads and braided hoses too.

Good news Ant... I happen to know the person who's coming to you for the brakes, and the person's very excited!!

However, you're going to have a problem getting the Goodridge lines, because Goodridge UK for whatever reason didn't keep the pattern for the 335d/i brake lines when they made them for my car. I spoke to them on Friday just gone, and I'm sending the spare set of OEM brake lines to them when post resumes on Tuesday. Thereafter, it will be two weeks or so before the first lines will be available.

Also, Pagid pads are not yet available for the BMW Performance BBK (which is the same caliper as the 135i) Although it's a Brembo caliper, it isn't the same pad shape as either the "Lotus" style caliper or the "F40" version. So at the moment, the only way to get a Pagid pad to fit is to buy a larger pad and get it machined down (CBP are doing that for me at the moment, with a set of 422s and RS29 Yellows). Pagid Germany don't expect to have a pattern part available until the end of September at the earliest.

Thought the info might help a bit...

Cheers Tony,

We have been dealing with Steve at CBP for quite a while for our Pagid items, as soon as they are available direct from Pagid, we will stock them.

RE the Goodridge hoses, what a shame they didn’t keep hold of the template for the last set they did for you... They are the same for any E90, E91, E92 etc and E87 1 series! With or without the BMW Performance BBK, so it’s not like it wouldn’t be demanded in numbers eventually!

OEM BMW discs shouldn't rust - that is, if you use your car!! The hubs however rust like normal, as the hubs themselves don't change. Solution to the rusty hubs is a bit of emery paper, and a can of silver Hammerite...

The actual wheel hub is never seen though, as its behind the disc and the disc bolts to it. The area of the disc that rusts on standard cars is replaced as part of the disc replacement and so far dont appear to be runsting on my car... how about yours Tony?

So if I go ahead with the upgrade I definetly won't get any warning lights etc its just a case of fit the bits and enjoy ?
