Front Seat Heaters
Folding Rear Seats
Dinan Camber Plates
New PS2's plus original Run Flats in new condition
DMV tags just paid in May '08
Sirius subscription renewed
Delivered April of 2007
13,214 miles currently. 12,000 mile a year allowance/24,000 allowance over period of lease.
10,786 miles left on term before overage. 1,198 monthly average mile allowance for next 9 months.

Lease expires 4/28/09, or 9 more payments. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to lease a car for a short period of time to evaluate the E90 platform. Also a great idea for those who want to wait until the software bugs are worked out on the M3 DCT or just waiting for the 2009 E90's to come down in price after initial release this fall. I am taking delivery of my new car in August of this year.

Monthly payments are $525.00. I will pay transfer fee plus $1,000.00 cash to you to assume lease. This is an effective monthly payment of only $364.00. PM me for details. Car is in Los Angeles.

Updated description. It's a 335i and has burled walnut trim. I keep the security deposit.

Does that mean the security deposit has to be refunded to you up front? How much is it?
