only thing I've found, but I did mine with out this and put on the aero rear with no problem.

There's an easier way that requires no clip pulling or breaking of the clips on the bumper. I just did my MTech conversion and all you have to do, once you've removed all of the pertinent hardware, is to push the bumper back towards the rear of the car. The bumper slides off of the clips.
