To get or not to get Hamman rep CF Lip

well i was originally going to get an OEM mtech front bumper, but decided not to due to the lack of storage space i have for the OEM bumper.

So I was thinking maybe the Hamman cf lip is a good alternative. Now, I have H&R sport installed on my car, and will my 19" rims for summer tires are coming in as well. So the question is, will I have enough clearance if I get the cf lip to go through humps and snow...

and for snow tires, I use my stock 16" rims

which begs the question, should I get the cf lip or not.. And the other question
painted to body color or not.. would like to here ur opinion guys. thanks
