I've been wanting to get into either one for awhile and now I have free time to do it. Anyone in socal go or can recommend me to a gym that deals specifically with training? preferably in the OC area if possible.

Haha speak of the devil, I'm starting on Wednesday, Muay Thai that is. But it's in North Hollywood, pretty far from the O.C. I've heard a lot of good things from them, been in business for over 20 years and is known for the first Muay Thai academy in the U.S.

Since this thread is bumped...I've never had a more intense work out! The session was only an hour and 20 mins, but I was sweating like a pig. The next day I was also VERY sore and my wrists were hurting like crazy. I think I'm hooked!
The site that OC 335i posted up looks pretty good! Lots of variety to choose from. |
