Haha speak of the devil, I'm starting on Wednesday, Muay Thai that is. But it's in North Hollywood, pretty far from the O.C. I've heard a lot of good things from them, been in business for over 20 years and is known for the first Muay Thai academy in the U.S.

Since this thread is bumped...I've never had a more intense work out! The session was only an hour and 20 mins, but I was sweating like a pig. The next day I was also VERY sore and my wrists were hurting like crazy. I think I'm hooked!

The site that OC 335i posted up looks pretty good! Lots of variety to choose from.

That shit looks like a gym you train to become a professional fighter. LOL at their 'how to pick a gym' page though.

I think the OP just wants to do it for the fitness.

Part of it. I want to learn the basics of it and then progress it in and maybe compete in it. (Got to start somewhere)

I'm going to hit up nolimits tomorrow at lunch time! anyone here that can recommend me someone to talk/learn to/from?
