4% residual value decrease comparing to August,
10% decrease since earlier months this year on some models...

Interesting, the 335i sedan has the lowest rate of them all.

Although that's probably always been the case. Hmm, well .00150 ain't so bad after all, 'cept if the residuals are considerably lower anyway....ugh.

Then dont lease. Also the mf's are way better on some cars then they were months ago also. What do you expect to happen at the end of the model year? The 09 cars are coming so 08 will be worth less money. Also why have a good lease program when we dont have enough cars anyways? We cant get cars fast enough and as usual BMW has NOT produced enough cars to meet the demand. This is done on purpose also so we never really have ANY leftovers when the 09 come.

We have a total of two 328xi sedans in stock and 0 coupes and 0 verts. SO we will be out opf cars for a month waiting for the 09. So after all of this why would BMW look to give people such good lease numbers if they are selling EVERYTHING while not having good lease number? Why give money away? Also they then make more money at the end of the lease when it is sold certified because the cars will be able to be bought by the dealerships for less money and sold for more profit.

The only car we have here that has us a little worried is the M3 sedan. We have 3 in stock. Other than that we are so low on 08's across the board it is crazy. This costs me deals all the time because there are very few 08 left anywhere. Hope this clears up the reason as to why this is done.

Makes sense because the 335i sedan is the least popular of all the 3 series sedans. We only have 2 of those in stock until the 09's come.
