DIY Request: Interior lighting replacement

Can someone please write up a short DIY for chancing the oem light with xenion lights, i tried to replace the one under the door but was unable to take out the wire or the bulb from the harnis, anyhelp be great. The website below is the one where i m getting the kit from

most of them you twist to the left... others you just pull the bulb out.

Thanks worked great, only the front panel was a pain to take off
