Wow. There's no way. My old man drives a 997 C2S Cab and even he will admit that its not as fast as my little old 3 series. No way it would run from a C63 like that.

*Note that I am in no way saying that my 3 series is "better" than a C2S Cab... That car is damn awesome.

somethings weird I remember one race where M6 kills E class Klemann just like that , amazing , also M5 and M6 are faster than Gallardo...pretty damn weird...

I think those races are "for entertainment purposes only".

I'm pretty sure they're all rigged, based on the results. No way a lot of these are legit.

The videos aren't staged, people bring their own cars and run. Not sure how you control that many variables.

I think it detracts credability from their ventures when they post up videos of a much slower car beating a much faster car. These are races from a roll, there isn't much skill involved. I'm of the opinion that in some of these races, some people aren't pushing the pedal all the way down, it's all I can think of.

I mean, the C63 is an automatic. You push the pedal, and you go. I don't think anyone can seriously contend that it is SLOWER in a straight line than a C2S 997. Shifting wasn't a variable in that race. The only other thing I can think of is the car being broken, or the Merc driver sandbagging it.

Why is it so hard to believe? Both cars trap low 12's at ~115 or more with a good driver.

C63 vs 997s is a very even race...

The 997S is NOT a low 12 second car at 115. That what GT3s do. In the real world, they often don't make it into the 12s. They are a high 12 second car, and will trap around 110 at best.

As for the driver of the Merc, it's an auto. You stomp it and go, no driver skill needed.

That leaves us with two options: MB driver sandbagging, MB broken.

Wouldn't doubt it, I mean come on, that "C63" was killed by an E92 M3 and got beaten on top end speed by an INLINE 6 when the C63 has a 6.2 liter V8. I really do call BS.
