I own a house in Huntington, Long Island NY (located in the very popular huntington Village).

It is a 2 bedroom home located in the center of a very popular area on Long Island.

With the share in the house, you get your own bedroom with your own private bathroom and the use of the house. The house is a open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a big deck outside that is 45 feet long which is a perfect place to relax. The house was built in 2002 and is very modern. All necessary utilities are in the house (oven, fridge, washer, dryer, etc.....)
