Brand New. I bought this from BMW with the intent to place a digital boost gauge in it for true a-pillar placement but never got around to doing it. This is the piece that surrounds the entire top of the door and included the speaker cover. I paid like 35 shipped and will sell for 15 local pick-up SoCal. No shipment because it is a pretty large piece so shipping will be prohibitive.

i'm guessing its the part on the door that houses the tweeter facing the driver?

Correct. It is actually one piece that wraps from inside the door panel on the front to the back. I'll try to post up pics. It is the same as the one on your car, this is a replacment that you can jack up by drilling through it to place the gauge then keep you original one to replace later or for service visits. there is a DIY on how to remove the door panel in the DIY section. I wanted to be the first to put a gauge in there but nver got around to it and not am going stock so don't need it. At 15.00 you cant go too wrong
