JMK Experience service?

Bringing my car in for service this friday for fuel pump issue.

Will be taking out my SSTT before i go but just wondering if AFE intake should be any issues?

Also anyone gotten loaners from JMK ever? I heard they have 80 BMW loaners so was wondering what people have been getting.

Would i be lucky enough to get a 335 loaner by any chance or anything nice?

JMK's service is EXCELLENT!!!

When you get there, look for Jacob! Tell him you're a friend of Scott's.

As for loaners, it depends on what they have in stock. I've never gotten anything but Bimmers.

Yes, they do use Enterprise, which has a fleet of Bimmers. And they also have their own loaners as well.

This is OT, but don't want to start a new thread. Anyone know if any of these northern NJ dealers will rent out a car from their loaners for a few days or where I could rent a BMW? Already asked Paul Miller and they said no.

Thanks man today i went in for service and i didnt ask for a BMW prior to making an appointment so when i got there.

THEY GAVE ME A FU***ING MINI VAN FROM ENTERPRISE.

So i was kinda pissed off. Than i didnt have any credit card with me($50) gas deposit was required so i just said ill remake a appointment to bring a credit card since i didnt have my wallet with me.
BUT LAST MIN. Jacob was there and i told him about how "scott" and others at the forums referred me that JMK service is great and all while remaking the appointment.

Than he said actually wait a bit... 5 min later. I got a X5 4.4 with 900 miles on it. I told him i iddnt have a credit card with me for the gas deposit. He said not to worry bout it and just let me take the car.

So great for me. Thanks again all and Jacob is VERY professional.

Now hope everything goes ok with my car. Dont know whats wrong but he said its probably the fuel pump when i told him the symtoms.

Cross my fingers to get the 30.2 update and improve the lag issue.

Hmm. Well you'll definitely get the update as well as a replaced fuel pump. I went through the same thing two months ago.

BUT!

I don't think the 30.2 update fixes the lag. It's still there and still apparent. I didnt have the progman before, but with the HPFP replacement, I got updated as well as a new HPFP. What do you know... i get lag. Not good . Hopefully the situation works out for you!!

THey had two mini vans waiting for me when i went in for service. Than i complained and they told me to mention you want a BMW loaner next time so after few mins they gave me a X5 with 9xx miles on it.

JMK is very nice people all around. I think even tho you dont buy the car there they will still give yo ua loaner.
