E92 rubbing w/ 18x9.5, 38 offset, 275/35/18
From all the reports I read on here, I thought I was safe with General Exclaims in this setup. I had 4 people in the car today (~750 lbs) and 2/3 tank of fuel and had rubbing.
I just picked the car up, so haven't driven far, but no rubbing experienced with only me and full tank. Would it be best to sell new tires or let them wear down. I can see no signs of the rubbing on the tire or fender well. To top it off, I cannot check the wheel offset because I lost the wheel lock key |
