Heh. So back to reality. This is actually my friend's Gallardo that he won for the weekend at a local charity event. We took a quick spin around the neighborhood and streched its legs on a couple of back roads.

OH. MY. GOD.

I don't think I took a breath the whole time we ran it up to redline. The sound from the engine ... whew. I wish I could have gotten some seat time, but alas he basically had to sign his life away to drive the thing. Apparently the last renter beat it to hell -- new clutch was installed to the tune of about 10K. I'm gonna go drive my humble 330 now

Must have been a lot of fun, even in the passenger seat.

I have haven't even had the opportunity to sit in a car like that. Though, I definitely plan to have one in my garage one day. Just curious, how is the head and legroom in the Gallardo? I'm 6'2" and fit fine in most Porsches (though the Cayman was a bit cramped), but there aren't many opportunities to sit in a Lamborghini.

looks ok, but you need to drop it some with H&R springs, some 162s, blacklines, and maybe debadge it! and replace the steering to M type!

and it seems like someone stole your engine in front, luckily you have a spare at the trunk
