Used '06-'07 E90...Which one works best for iPods?

I'm looking for a used '06 or '07 E90 with iDrive.

Do I need to look for anything special to give me the best options for iPod connections? The factory iPod connection didn't come out until '08 models, right?

either way, you may need the ipod kit to hook up with the iDrive
