GTR - FIA GT Racing Game

Racing Simulator: PC CD-ROM based

This "game" is more of a full fledge simulation than it is a game. Although you can play an Arcade/Semi-Pro/Simulation Mode.

I was lucky to be able to use my Logitech GT steering wheel for my GT4 game. Dam is this game hard, you can change everything from brake bias F/R while racing. Change your gear ratios, race at night, you have to pit and hit your pit lane speed limit, make the request pit change (tires etc). When you turn all aids off, racing a 650 hp GT car is a friggin handful to drive. I ended up trying to master the GT2 class 450 hp instead

This game has provisioning for online racing as well, and supposedly it's pretty big in europe. A big feature of this game is the use of a MOTEC ADL and supposedly you can save your data loggin from the race to review your data! In addition to this you have to set up your pit strategy as well when you want to come in during the course of the race.

You can race the 24hrs of the Nurburgring as well hahahaha that'll be nuts.

GTR2 is coming out and it's promising to be even more challenging! I have to master this one in anticipation of GTR2

LOL, I've been doing GTR since 1 year already (GT Legends with classic cars is even better in physics)

Waiting for GTR2 this september with the E46 M3 GTR and the Aston DBR9(see sig)
