How badly would I get beaten?
My Car:
2007 e90 335i step 25k miles stock boost w/ AFE Intake Cousins Car: 2003 e46 M3 6spd non-smg Coupe 75k miles K&N CAI Dinan Software Borla Exhaust Just want to know how badly I would get beaten or If it would be close? My butt dyno tells me we are equal. Anyone had any experiences with the e46 m3s?

You wouldn't get badly beaten, but he should be able to beat you if he's a good driver. I've owned an E46 M3 before and you have to drive it like to stole it to get the real performance out of it...

i think a SSTT would be good for me. dont want to even touch the ecu box. I have been reading up on the SSTT and I will def. give it a try due to it's power increase/reliability/and ease...

Okay..i had SSTT it was good for the time that i had it, but mark my words once you get SSTT you'll love it for a few months..After that you're going to want more power. and eventually u'll end up getting another tune. It happened to the most of us, maybe not you, but i really highly doubt it. GL with whatever u decide.
