Pretty sure the answer is no. The PROcede only responds to the keyfob. Someone correct me if that's wrong.

Easy. Just don't program the Homelink buttons. Use the v3 keyfob instead.

Set user Torque for Map1 to 0% to achieve your desired goal.

This parameter defines the power output level of Map1. At 0%, the tuning features are essentially disabled and performance will run at stock-like boost levels.
