Probably Tischer. I have the part numbers so I hope they will be able to quote and order it for me. I don't quite have the M3 wheel, although it's quite close, so check my sig. Electrically, I can make it work but the fitment is a whole other issue.

AWESOME! I have been wondering about this since my fiance and I bought her car back in May. I can't stand the bi-directional step paddles. I mean I love the idea of the paddles, but would much prefer the DCT. I'm glad I found this thread today.
Oh and Kev, killer interior!!!

I like the bi-directional paddles I have now, does any one know if they work with the M3 wheel? I sat in an M3 yesterday and was amazed at the leather on that wheel and feel of its size, but I wont switch to the DCT paddles just to get the wheel.

Yes, the bi-directional (stock) step paddles work on the M3 wheel with some minor modifications: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=172764

I didn't think these would be stocked yet since the M3's just arrived and started delivery. so they were ordered directly from Germany anyways. But to answer your question, yes they are "backordered" since they weren't normally stocked yet. should be a few weeks out.
