Urgent: How is this 08 335i lease deal?

The best deal I have so far:
MF = .00085
Res = 59% for 36 mos/10k yr
Cap = Invoice (includes training fee but no MACO charged) - $1260(automatic rebate) + $500 profit.
Acq fee = $725
Doc fee = $150

All other dealers aren't coming close to the above. Question is, what should I offer as profit, and are the acq and doc fees too high? Any help appreciated as I would like to get this today. Thx.

depends what state you're in. In cali doc fees are capped @ $45. 150 does see outrageous for a few printed docs. I mean since they're overcharging on the fees take them down from another hundred or 200 from your original 500 above invoice. The Acquisition fee should also be 625 or 650. so ya offer 250 over invoice. Cause they're padding it with at least 200 hundred in the back end of the deal.........Man oh man a car purchase is like blatant legal robbery. Almost a million cars are sold each month......I'd love to know how many savvy inv customers there are and how many " f' em 'till they're bleeding" customers there are. And dealerships are still sobbing like bitches that they can't make a living giving cars away.......please.......change the f*'en story already......

Other than those minor tweaks to your deal, I think you're good to go. Enjoy the car, and never let them make you feel guilty or shit.......If anything pat yourself on the back for taking the time, doing the research and saving yourself the trouble of ever having to think "did I get the best deal".

One of my chick co workers (who's a real kind hearted person) got a 328 coupe a year ago for a 335 coupe payment. Imagine making a 335 payment, and having 328 to drive.......so dude properly take your tool out and jizz all over these crooks!!!!!

no they just wanna charge u 825 for it..........i always use it as a tool. they can tack on all the misc shit they want. I just systematically remove it. but ya they want to have their finance guys have a take home.....so hence the markup on the Acquisition fee....
