Is it worth upgrading? New oil cooler?

I installed v1.5 from Proceed in May 2007 and the tune has worked fine for me. I now see that the competition has picked up and is giving us more value and perhaps more power but I could be wrong. I had been thinking of swapping out my air box for perhaps a dual cone system or something like that but now I see the there is a Proceed V3 PNP for my car. My question to you guys is... Is it worth upgrading to V3 or going with a competitor and if so which one would you look into from a price and performance perspective ? Mind you, the way my car continues to push at 130mph+ now is great so more power may seem like I'm a glutton but if it available then I may take it.

Also, this is on a different topic, but as it relates to the oil cooler retrofit, my car was produced in late 2006 so I don't think it has the oil cooler. Will BMW install that, since I do have the sport package, at my request or do I have to complain about the temp guage first? Please advise.
